DORA STREZOVA-NIKOLOVA BECOMES THE NEW CEO OF THE COCA-COLA HBC ADRIA

Dora Strezova-Nikolova took up the position of CEO with the Coca-Cola HBC Adria business unit based in Zagreb in the beginning of February. Her responsibilities in this position will include the management of the company operations in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia. Ruža Tomić Fontana, who spent more than five years successfully leading the Adria business unit, continues her professional career within the Coca-Cola HBC Group as CEO of the business division that includes companies in Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Dora Strezova-Nikolova joins Coca-Cola HBC from her position as CEO of The Coca-Cola Company in Bulgaria, where she was based since May 2021. Before joining Coca-Cola, she worked for four years as a consultant and incentive management expert in Bulgaria and Austria, and as CEO of her own start-up company. Prior to that, she was with the Danone Group for 18 years, working in a number of countries in various roles, including in sales and marketing for Danone Bulgaria, as well as Marketing Director for Romania, the Adriatic countries and Russia. Dora Strezova-Nikolova’s most recent assignments at Danone were as CEO for Bulgaria, Greece and Cyprus.
