HOW IS THE PROGRAMME DESIGNED?

The programme lasts two years and is organised so that every stage represents a step up in role and responsibilities, as well as a greater level of professional development.

You'll start by learning about the company. Then, you'll start work in a chosen section, with additional projects that are strategically important to the company. By the end of the scheme, you'll be responsible for managing a team and delivering an international project
